Client Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, at any time during your appointment, or before leaving the salon, you are unhappy with any aspect of your hair service, you must inform your stylist immediately.
This gives us the opportunity to assess your concerns and make reasonable adjustments before you leave.
By leaving the salon, you acknowledge that you have accepted the service provided. Refund requests will not be considered once you have left the premises without first giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
If a genuine issue arises that was not reasonably apparent at the time of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
