CANCELLATION POLICY

48 HOURS MINIMUM NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

A 50% late cancellation fee will be charged or 100% fee for no shows.

​

Until this is paid you won’t be allowed to book a new appointment.

​

If you are later then 15 minutes to your allocated time, your appointment may be altered to be able to fit in a smaller service in the remaining time.

 

If this happens you will be charged your full service that you booked in for.

​

Your 50% booking fee will be held on account for your next appointment.
